54. Dreaming into 2026
Thank you 2025 . . .
. . . for being a great year with all the highs & lows, laughters, the bullshit, the change of colour of my blood cells , kidding myself into thinking am super ninja, the ability to procrastinate long, having the chance to cry silently, accepting being the out cast, the privilege of being the pain & the devil in people’s lives, & for meeting amazing people, for completing a manuscript, for realising age is a number, like years, for waking up to a new day everyday, & for being able to dream. In other words, thank you 2025 for reminding me of a normal human existence. Phew!
I thank everyone who stood by me, near & far. And for tolerating the insane me, & for your continued presence. You showed your strength! Yes you did. Sounds like an acceptance speech on winning the Oscars!
Biggest achievement, being able to complete the manuscript for a book. So many hinderance, as though secret agents are stopping you from spilling the beans. You see, I never stopped dreaming but I dreamt for too long. Going forward, that’s my salvation.
All in all, grateful for 2025, and even more grateful for being able to enter 2026. I’ll still be unapologetically Me. With continued dreams. With my lipstick👄
New Year’s resolution - make none😁
Thank you for all the amazing people in my life, far & near. Without a doubt, my princess, Natasha - words cannot describe your royal support.
2026 hugs from me to you 🤗
I heard the Whispers of “dreams” …. “it’s still yours” January 2026
